By using (“vpneer.net “) website, its features, and related services (the “VPN”), you agree to be bound by the following terms of service (the “Terms”). You may not use the Services or your Account that are operated by VPNeer (“We”, the “Company) if you do not agree to these Terms. 

If you agree to these Terms on behalf of any legal entity or a company, that means you represent that you have the authority to bind such entities, and all users who access the Services through your Account to these Terms. If someone does not have the proper authorization to bind the entity, they are not allowed to use the Services. 

Users of the Services

The Services provide privileged access only to legal entities. Accounts that are created by automated methods or bots will be terminated. Each individual is wholly responsible for their actions while using the Services.

Authorized use of the Services

You are not to use the Services for any illegal or prohibited activities. Unauthorized activities include: 

1. Harming the Company’s Servers and networks.
2. Access/Share/Download/Upload any illegal content.
3. Encroaching on or violating the intellectual property rights of the Company or a third party
4. Harassing, insulting, harming, abusing, or defaming someone.
5. Trading, selling, and transferring the Account ownership to a third party. 
6. Promoting and motivating others to participate in illegal activities. 
7. Having multiple free Accounts.
8. Paying your subscription payments with a fraudulent payment means.
9. Engaging in spam activities.

The “Company” will suspend or restrict the Service feature for accounts that are found to be participating in any of the listed activities. 

Registration And Responsibility of Account

To access the Services, users need to create an account on the website. While creating an account, users agree to:

1. Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information.
2. Keeping their login credentials secure.
3. Notifying the Company in case of unauthorized use of your account.
4. Keeping their account active.

The Company reserves the right to terminate or delete accounts that violate the Terms.

Intellectual Property

All the content available on the website of VPNeer, including logos, text, graphics, software, and trademarks, is solely owned or licensed by VPNeer and protected by intellectual property laws.  Users do not have any right to copy, modify, or distribute the website’s content without prior written consent. 

Limited Warranties

Despite best efforts, the Company does not make any warranty of the Services or users’ data security. Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without guarantee of the following points: 

1. Smooth connection.
2. Security of users’ data.
3. Fitness for a particular purpose
4. Warranties of merchantability
5. Accuracy
6. Safe from government surveillance

The company also does not guarantee that any problems that arise are due to the users’ involvement in unauthorized activities. 

Limited Liability

VPNeer, its subsidiaries, and affiliates are not liable for: 

1. Any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. 
2. Service Interruption and Unavailability.
3. The company is not liable for the actions of third parties, including hackers, governments, or other internet users.

Pricing and Payment

To get a premium account, users agree to:

1. Paying the complete payment within the fixed time.
2. Allow automatic subscription payment.
3. Accept all payments are non-refundable, excluding special stated cases. 

In a non-payment situation, the user’s account will be terminated completely or restricted from using premium features.

Service Level Agreement

VPNeer is responsible for crediting a fixed percentage of the monthly cost in case of service availability below 99.95%. The company will credit the user’s account by the end of the next billing cycle. 

However, some of the SLA excludes the following situations:

1. Issues caused by outside factors. 
2. Issues arise from users’ unauthorized activity. 
3. Issues arise from the termination or suspension of the account by the Company. 
4. Downtime due to scheduled maintenance. 

Changes in Terms

The company updates its Terms of Service periodically. All the changes are instantly updated on this page with a mention of the effective date. Users directly agree to the company’s revised terms if they continue to use our services. 

Termination

All rights of suspension and termination are reserved to VPNeer. We can stop the Services for users who are found to be violating these terms. All the rights of users to use the services will be stopped or ceased immediately.
